Patkas are made out of Rubia cloth material.  Each patkas has 4 strings (tuhnees), which are double stitched to strengthen the weakest point. 

 

This is a Lime Green Yellow Full Voile turban, new for 2020.  This particular turban is dyed using AZO Free dye.  AZO free is healthier for you and for the people dyeing your Turbans.

The width of this turban is around 39-42" around 1 meter.

In the 4 Turban image this is the right most turban.

A Thata is used to compact/shape your beard.  The length is approximately 2 feet and the width is 3".

We sell them by piece or in packet of 5, yes, a new one everyday does help.

We have small pieces of Turban cloth that is left over when we finish a roll.  The cuts are usually less than 1 meter in length.

Over the years these small cuts can add up and they just sit there in their own box.

The question was, what can we do with small pieces of left over cloth.

We found a wonderful lady that can create amazing things with cloth.  We gave her some pieces of cloth and asked her to do her magic.

She created a pair of hot pot coasters.  One measuring 5.5 inches in diameter and the other 7 inches in diameter.

The colors used are:
white
skyblue
orange

These coasters are handmade in california with upcycled turban material.

A Dumalla is half the width of a regular turban and that means it is 1/2 the volume. Some folks wear two 6 meters as a Dumalla.

The Dumallas are available in 12 meters only, if you wear a size that is small than these, please consider buying the larger size and cutting this as per desired length.

The material is Full Voile and the long sides are stitched.
