We are not a Non-Profit and do not plan to be one in the near future.
Why are we doing this?
We want to give back to our community and we found a need for this service, and here we are.
Is everyone on this Management Team Sikh?
Yes, The Sikh men have Kesh and wear a Turban (except for James West) and the Women practice Sikhism as well.

While there are many websites devoted to our Sikh Religion.

Do we plan to offer more on this website?
Yes, certainly and we are already planning on bringing you more.
Why do you ship USPS priority mail?
They provide the shipping box and envelope and they both are bio-degradeable. If I ship any other way, I have to buy boxes
and that will add to the costs.
What is the shipping cost?
At this time, the mailing cost is charged per item (the Turbans are charged for the 1st meter and then for each subsequent meter,
more the weight, more the shipping charge). There are other costs associated with mailing and primarily it is labor.
Someone has to prepare each parcel. The larger the order, the amount of time taken is a lot. Now, I could charge more per meter
but that will be unfair for folks who usually get a small amount of Turban. For now, I have it configured such that it works out even
in the end. If you have concern about your shipping costs, please email me and let me know your concern. I cannot promise anything here but I will
reply to your emails at the earliest.
I want to return the items, what is the process?
If you are not happy with your purchase, please email me back first and then send the item(s) back and I will gladly refund the amount spent.
I live in the Bay Area, can I come in person and pick up a Turban or two?
I am sorry, I operate this service on a part-time basis and as such I am preparing parcels in the evening. The turbans are in boxes and as such
I cannot show any and all colors in person. At this time, all purchases will be mailed.
Why are the Turbans expensive compared to India?
We do operate out of California, we pay freight, customs duty, brokerage fees, warehouse costs, labor costs, marketing and I could go on and on...
